Today in history I learned that Anna Fisher became the first “mom” in space. This occured in 1984.  At this time she had one daughter, Kristen Anne< who was probably only one beacuse she was born july 29, 1983.  Now she has another daughter, Kara Lynne, who was born January 10, 1989. She was in space for 7 days, 23 hours, and 44 minutes. Before going to space, she completed her 1 year of training and went into space for mission STS-51A. She launched from the Kennedy Space Center on November 8, 1984 and returned on November 16, 1984, after completing 127 orbits of the Earth. That is what I learned about the first mom in space.

“I think what’s happening is that technology is taking place of our thoughts and thought processing”

“ I think that we have to learn how to communicate with people verbally and then go to technology. You can write an e mail to four different people and they can all interpret it differently”

I think that what he said was very important, because what he is saying is true. Not every would understand what you write in the same way, compared to verbal communication which everyone can interpret the same way.

Also, technology is taking over as he said, because instead of talking to someone face-to-face, people are just writing e -mails because they are easier
