I am listening to the mayor:

my car is a greenish grey

 well, I think you look at what is happening in the world. there will be more competition , alot of manufacturing jobs will be gone. smaller companies will be more popular later. You’ve got to be effective communicators to be able to explain your ideas be a product for you to make a living. Population change in more people 62 and over than teens. Avalanche of older population looking at 600 fewer students just in our town increase pressures to provide leadership and skills to provide services with health-care being an issue. Increased immigration and we’ll be competing with other countries that may have better work ethic and come here to succeed and make a success of working here and there’s a real pressure of being an effective person. I think technology is always a role and gets overemphasized. It may not be standard later in the future. There will bemore employment but it will be perhaps different types. we’ll have more small and medium sized corporation instead of big companies. food is going to be an increasing issue. drinking water is a big issue for the future. huge popular of older people. who will take care for them? this country is not prepared for our future.

have to be able to deal with other people is extremely important. Technology skills will be important. we need people with skills to design and draft. how to take an idea and turn it into a product that can be sold. language will be important. steel company in our town has  companies in Mexico and Ireland and are looking for Russia.

 I think the heart is critical, puts the energy into things. it’s the enthusiasm . heart and soul is who you are.

chances are what you are using today will change 5 to 10 years from now.

what are thoughts regarding content on children’s ability to learn adapt and grow.         if u go out to play a game and a group of your friends say lets play football, and only 1 person knows the rules, who’s going to dominant in deciding how ur gonna play? it’s gonna be the person who knows the rules that dominates.

 (will info learn in school be useless)I don’ t think so. those principals how you interpret language of content always going  back to previous knowledge.read wat u do for birds and I saved a little baby bird. A couple of days later I opened the box to feed the bird and it flew out and away . It turned into a magical animal and it went to live in a tree in my yard. everyday it would come to me for the next 2 weeks.

(most important sub.)    cant tell u if 1 sub. more important than another. each sub. has its own special nature and they all link to one another.

(most important take away message) a kangaroo was put in a zoo and the built a 10 foot fence. The next morning they found it had went over the 10 foot fence. The next day they built a 12 foot fence and it was over the fence the next day Then a 13 foot fence and it still was past the fence in the morining.Then they built a 30 foot fence and then they went there in the morning and it still was over the fence.  Someone asked the kangaroo how long he will go until he cant get over and he sed oh a 100 feet, as long as they keep forgetting to lock the gate.

(do you think technology is used too much) I get concerned wen using it in elementary. you need information in your head. maybe overemphasized sometimes. computers answer will only be as good as what the teacher put in it. sometimes we lose sight of this. You’ve got to have knowledge in your head

Life Blogging!(true story)

Vikings  7   Away 18  4th quarter. 10 minutes to go.

It was our(vikings) ball. We had to score twice in ten minutes and we didn’t even need the extra point. Just two touchdowns. We start our drive off pretty good. It was about 3rd and 5, I don’t quite recall, and we threw a pass to our tight end. He catches the ball and runs down the sideline, stiff arming about 3 people and jumping over one tackle, to the end-zone. We get the extra point. Now we were down by only 4. We had to score. We kick the ball off to the other team. They throw an incomplete pass. They run a sweep for about 5 yards. Then they throw another incomplete pass. Now it’s 4th and 5. Then they run for a first down. Then they go through another 1st down through 4th down, but are stopped short. Now it’s our turn. We run the ball, and the next play pass to, you guessed it, the tight end. This time he catches the ball, but a flag goes up. He stops. Our coaches yelled at him to keep running, so he takes it down the sidelines, just making it into the end-zone before being hit. The flag was on the defense for pass interference. which is when they make too much contact with the guy trying to catch the ball. We got the extra point, so now the score was 21 to 18, us. Now there is about 2 minutes left, but none of us realized this because the clock said about 4 minutes. We had to hold them. Then our genius kicker kick the ball to their biggest player, and he gets to about their own 40. The start a drive getting them to our 13. They had a first down, and had to get to the 3 yard-line to get another first down. They throw a pass, which is deflected. Then they run two plays in a row to the left, but we held them to 4th and about 5. They run a fake to the left, and the running-back takes the ball to the right. He breaks a tackle, but is then stopped about 3 yards short by our linebacker. Then something unexpected happened. The referee takes his hat off, and lifts it above his head. This meant it was the end of the game. Our team had made an amazing 4th quarter comeback. Now we’re 4 and 2, or 4 wins and 2 losses. Their entire team was mad, and didn’t say a word. Our team usually isn’t that good, so you could hear them say, ” I can’t believe we lost.” This is my amazing and exciting life story.
